We are seeking an experienced screen print operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in operating both automatic and manual screen-printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for high-volume production.
- Set up and register screens, mix inks, and adjust colors according to specifications.
- Conduct test prints and ensure output meets customer quality standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment, screens, and work areas to keep production running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as misregistration, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
- Work closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Follow company safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating textile screen-printing equipment (automatic and manual).
- Knowledge of different ink types (plastisol, water-based, discharge, etc.).
- Ability to set up, register, and print multi-color designs.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability to work shifts and meet tight production deadlines.
