We are seeking an experienced embroidery operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Tajima embroidery machines, including setup, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring high-quality and accurate production.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments.
- Set up and load embroidery designs into the machine software.
- Prepare materials (fabric, thread, hoops) before starting production.
- Adjust thread tension, change needles, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Inspect finished embroidery to ensure it meets customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines, preferably Tajima.
- Basic knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work shifts and meet production targets.
